For those who are frequent visitors of my blog, you know that my life’s work revolves around training leaders to be the best they can be. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching individuals from various sectors and backgrounds, honing their skills, and watching them flourish into strong, successful leaders.
But this time, I have something a little different in mind. A cause that’s very close to my heart.
In June 2023, I am set to embark on a journey that’s been tugging at my heartstrings since 2009. Yes, you heard that right! After years of contemplation and planning, I am ready to extend my training services to an often overlooked yet immensely important sector – the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and charities.
Having worked with thousands of leaders, I understand that not everyone who steps foot in these NGOs is driven by the mission. Many are there for a job, a means to sustain their families, which is an equally valid reason.
However, what I also know is that working within an NGO provides a unique opportunity to make a substantial difference.
Imagine being part of a change that resonates at a local, national, or even global level. Now that’s what I call a meaningful job! I have often dreamt of being in a position where I can steer the direction of an NGO as a director or consultant.
Even though that idea has remained unfulfilled, I can still contribute in my own way.
So, here’s my offer: In August 2023, I will be providing my leadership training services to NGOs, absolutely free of charge. Yes, that means I will waive my professional fees for the duration of the training! I am ready to offer any workshop from my Leadership Excellence series.
Now, there are a few things to note. Although I am providing my professional services for free, the organization will need to handle other associated costs. This includes venue expenses, food, and accommodation for their employees. But here’s the good news: If you are in Metro Manila or Calabarzon, the training can be conducted right in your premises, reducing extra costs and hassle.
The application process for this opportunity will begin in June 2023. It’s straightforward. Just fill out the form provided and share your reasons for wanting this training. Whether you’re looking to better serve your community, improve your operational efficiency, or just be a more effective leader, I’m here to help.
