Make every minute count!

A minute for a dying man is a lifetime.

Gladwell said that we need to work for 10,000 solid hours to become an expert of something. Unfortunately, even those who have worked for 10 and 20 years cannot claim expertise in what we do.

Some leaders simply killed time.

Ten thousand hours is overwhelming. It is in our nature to avoid everything that overwhelms us.

We procrastinate. We give excuses. We wait for the right time. And time passes by without our notice.

Sixty minutes in every hour is all we need.

You have your next hour before you. You can choose to fill your hour with sixty minutes with meaningful work or you kill your time again.

What are you going to do next?

Leaders who play their A-Game daily elevate the entire team. They focus on high-impact tasks and lead by example.

Develop leaders like this, and your organization will thrive.
