Some of us can work anywhere. I do not mean working from home. Working from home can be challenging due to our common experiences during the pandemic.

However, with new technological advancements, we have seen that leading teams all over the Philippines is possible. I even facilitated virtual team building from groups from six different time zones.

With the rise of remote work, team building for remote teams has become increasingly important. 

However, it also presents unique challenges that require specific strategies to overcome.
