Write Your Next Steps

Before you leave from work, set aside 15 minutes to write your plan for the next day.

Consider the amount of time you can use for work. Meetings, planned or unplanned, will take you away from doing what you really want. Chaos will always be around, you know.

Let’s say that you’ll have three hours for focused work. Start with your most important goals. Consider two or three leverage actions you need to do to make progress. Don’t worry if you have one thousand things to do. You don’t have time to do them all. Spend your time wisely. Worrying will only consume your energy.
