Your preferred leadership style is how you deal with people most of the time. It is how you communicate your leadership and influence how you make things happen. The success of your leadership is more important than your style. As much as you want people to adjust to your style, you must adapt and, when necessary, change your style.

How to choose the right leadership style?

Accepted Answer

The right leadership style is one in which you and the people you lead work better to achieve your shared purpose. As I have mentioned, you communicate your leadership with your style. Study how others work. Consider how they behave with different sets of leaders. Find out what they expect you to do. Then, choose the style that will work in the long term.

Do you hold workshops on leadership styles?

I have not designed a separate leadership training on leadership styles. However, I often include it in Good Leadership Masterclass in the introduction and then again in the Walk the Talk module.
