Batch Similar Tasks Together

Using a bullet journal helps me a lot in chunking tasks together. I only need to use symbols.

Let’s say, I needed to send quotations for team building. Though each one needs a separate program, I find it easy when I think only of team building and nothing else. The second quotation and the succeeding ones are also better than the first one. I end up creating better quotations for everyone. I usually get five requests everyday.

Also, some activities can be done in less than five minutes. I place them together into one chunk of activities. This means I can have three or four tasks in one pomodoro.

You should try batching similar tasks together.
