Genuine motivational speakers do not spend most of their times in studios practicing their speeches.

Motivational speakers, the real ones, spend more of their time with the people they want to inspire because that is the best way to connect with them.

My firm belief is that my story serves only as a metaphor to the stories of people who are listening to me. A story which is far and detached from their stories will not connect and will never resonate.

My job is to help them change their world. I won’t be able to do that unless I know what world to change.
