Have you attended seminars in the Philippines where trainers tried to teach in one day what college professors could not do in a semester? It was like drinking from a fire-hose, right? At the end of the seminars, you felt as of all your energy was drained from your body.
Have you joined seminars were the speakers tried to be funny that almost every paragraph has a punch line? Everyone laughed but were not sure if they have learned anything.
Have you seen trainers and facilitators whose only goal was to be good enough?
I have experienced all of these as a seminar attendee. I have learned much from these seminars too (I have learned what not to do).
The seminars that we offer in the Philippines have you, the learners, first in mind. Each seminar is fast-paced. We make every training innovative so you can bring out your best. We make the seminars relevant to your individual and organizational goals. And yes, each seminar is engaging
You will find below the schedule of seminars we offer to the public and to our corporate clients. I hope to see you at these seminars soon.
I design short courses for in-house programs. You can have a four-hour learning session, one day seminars, and multi-day seminars We don’t encourage five-day of training even for soft-skills program. It is best the concepts our understood, applied, and evaluated first before you offer new concepts. Learners accumulate learning.
This is why we don’t spend two much time in acquisition of knowledge. You can google many of the information you need to know before any workshop or seminar.
We design the Team Facilitators Bootcamp for corporate trainers and business leaders who want to learn how conduct effective team building facilitation using team plays, team games, design thinking brainstorms and tools, debrief meetings, and leading workshops and energizing large groups of people.Find out more »
