People procrastinate not because they don’t want to do anything. Procrastinators are busy people. They do many things so that they can find justifications for not doing what must be done. Our lizard brain is a great deceiver. You and I can easily be deceived if we measure our day on the amount of activities we do. Our lizard brain avoids greatness because with greatness comes difficulty. We must overcome our fear of greatness. You and I can move if we’ll keep in mind that we must do what we deem as difficult to get the most important done. When you are in doubt, tell this to your self: just do it.Just do it.
