In designing Everyday Leadership Workshop, I chose a syringe. The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership is that syringe.
Kouzes and Posner made a study, first published in 1987, which is still relevant today. The book, Leadership Challenge, clearly explained the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. There are training programs on Leadership Challenge. One can even be certified.
Everyday Leadership Workshop isn’t that training.
Because instead of creating another training modules, I recognized another way: multiple learning experiences for leaders.
Using the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, we can inject the mindsets and skills your leaders need to help your organization succeed. You don’t need to invent these mindsets and skills.
Your organization has your own vision, mission, and values. It is likely that you also have your own competency model that shows the core, strategic, and functional competencies your people need to make your organization successful. And I am sure that you are starting at a place which like no other organization.
Your organization is unique, and you need learning experiences designed for you.
I have designed the process of customization. I have curated and created tool your leaders can use to actualize each practices. But only you can decide for the solutions.
