Duration:  The Good Leadership Masterclass is a two-day workshop from 8:30 am to 5 pm daily. The workshop is packed with valuable content and practical exercises, giving you the tools and knowledge you need to become an extraordinary leader.

What You’ll Discover

Day One:

Session 1: Create a Compelling Vision

  • Craft your vision for your leadership.
  • Share your vision with others in a group discussion.
  • Get feedback on your vision from other participants.
  • Create a shared vision for your organization.
  • Learn how to inspire a shared vision.

Session 2: Walk The Talk

  • Identify your values and the values of others.
  • Identify how your leadership values is aligned to the values of the organization.
  • Brainstorm how leaders can model values. 
  • Plan how to model the agreed values.

  • Leaders will learn from other participants’ values and leadership styles, which will help them to be more inclusive and empathetic leaders.

Session 3: Innovate and Take Risks

  • Identify a process or system in their organization that could be improved and brainstorm ways to challenge it.
  • Share their ideas with others in a group discussion.
  • Receive feedback on their ideas from other participants.

Day Two:

Session 4: Equip and Enable Your Team

  • Brainstorm ways to enable their team members to take ownership and make decisions.
  • Share their ideas with others in a group discussion.

Session 5: Inspire and Motivate Employees

  • Identify a team member they would like to recognize and devise a plan to do so.
  • Share their recognition plan with others in a group discussion.
  • Receive feedback on their recognition plan from other participants.

Session 6: Take Action on Your Leadership

  • Share their projects with the group and receive feedback.
  • Reflect on what they learned during the workshop and how they will apply it to their leadership going forward.
