Are you looking for strategies than can help you accelerate the growth of your organization, engage your employees, 10x the value of workplace learning, and develop leaders and every employee in your organization?
In this website I share with you insights and strategies I have learned through my personal experiences and from other leaders. You will also have a preview of strategic leadership I conduct for clients.
But strategies alone cannot make things happen. You know that already. It is execution that make real change happen. My guess is that many organizations fail not because of lack of strategy – for smart people come up with elegant strategies every day – but because of lack of execution.
In this website, you’ll find principles, tools, and techniques so you can executive your strategies and get things done.
And not only that. I am also sharing you stories which can help you appreciate the work of leaders. Particularly, I explore the stories of every day leaders.
All of these, you can find in this website– and I served them in my blog I named 4 Percent.
Why Ten Times?
Ten Times is a personal project. As a leadership consultant, I have been helping hundreds of professionals to develop the multiplier mindset. I also work with organizations in developing leaders, employee engagement, and designing learning experiences.
I also help social businesses market their products and services.
I really love creating something of value. But I also do recognize that the 100, 50, 40,30, or 10 things that I can do everyday are not of equal value.
Pareto says that 20% of what we do produces 80% of the value we create. Now, my eyes are on that 20%. Because that 20% will create for me more happiness, more friends, more impact in this world.
My aim is to discover ideas and actions that belongs to the category of the 20%. I believe that I am doing some of them already. And once I am able to recognize the 20%, I will be able to identify all ideas and actions that belong to that category- the 20 percent category.
The 10x Blog documents my discovery. It is not a bible or a textbook. It is ever-changing, ever-growing, and ever-fresh.
10x Blog is also focusing on the the 20% of 20% and that is my ultimate aim.
What is the 20% of everything that I can do today that will produce 80% of what I intend to achieve?
What is the 20% of my 20%?
Something in us will change when we keep on asking. The question we asked every day moves us to the answer.
