I ask lots of questions. I choose to begin with you and I empty my cup.
I avoid giving you 120-slides of presentations of how great our company is or why hundreds of company trust us. This is not about me.
You are the hero. It is your challenge (your company’s challenge) that we are trying to solve together. To find your challenge, you need to ask questions. And there is one question that I need you to answer so I can be of help to you.
If we were having this discussion three years from today, and you were looking back over those three years, what was to have happened in your life (and in your organization), for you to feel happy with your progress?
A follow up to that question would be:
Specifically, what dangers (or fears) do you have now that need to be eliminated, what opportunities need to be captured, and what strengths need to be maximized?
Your answers to these questions will help you get started.
Framing your challenge will help us know what you need. We can work together to design your solutions. We deliver only what you need so you can get BIG results from team building, workshops, seminars, or any learning session.
Our company can help you design and deliver behavior-changing and mindset-shifting experiences. These experiences are learning sessions which are fast pace, inexpensive, result-oriented, and engaging. (See How I Do Workshops)
Well-executed learning experiences build better relationships and improve team performance. These experiences result to the creation of better products, excellent service delivery, customer delight, increased in sales, and 10Xed business growth.
All of these begin with that one question that help you get started.
