The program is for anyone who has a need for improved listening skills. (How many people aren’t in that group?) It is designed as an open workshop; people from throughout an organization or from a variety of organizations can attend. It can also be used with intact teams.
Strategies for Team Development This program is designed to enhance team development in established work teams. With business and industry focusing more and more on team participation to meet quality standards, the ability of teams to work effectively is critical to success. In order for intact teams to develop successfully and become productive, members must have a solid understanding of their team’s group processes.
Active Training Techniques People learn best by doing. This holds true even in training programs. For example, this program teaches ways to open training programs, to obtain ongoing participation, to teach information without lecturing, to sequence training activities to achieve an effective mix and flow, and to end program designs. Youth Leadership Program. The national situation calls for effective leadership now and in the future. However, the apathy among our young people is evident. Given that the future of this nation rests on shoulders of the young, we must eliminate apathy among them. We must motivate them so they can lead others. They must lead, learn, and live more responsibly on and off campus.
