Be not afraid.

Fear melts when you take action towards a goal you really want. – Robert Allen

What are your fears?

Posted by Jef Menguin at 4th February, 2010

The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature. – Anne Frank

Do you want to keep your fears with you?

I got this from FDR, said in another context (Great Depression) but I believe something that we must also think about.

So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.

It's funny how some fears you just seem to grow out of – like being afraid of the dark or monsters under your bed – but then others seem to only develop once you grow older. Although, I have been afraid of spiders for as long as I can remember…
