I am looking for a virtual assistant who is not a workaholic and who can work at home or anywhere. She must be efficient and effective. Must be able to work with common sense and does not need much supervision.
She must be able to understand Filipino and must have excellent English both in writing and in listening. It is best if she is entrepreneurial and has a good sense on how to motivate and train people. She will not train, but I don’t like to waste my time explaining my work.
She does not need a PhD, but having one does not make her overqualified. She can be a high school graduate at least (or if she thinks that she can really get the job done, I will not be asking for a diploma). She simply needs to be smart and can get things done.
She must be creative and committed to excellence. She must be a learner. She must be result-oriented.
Some of the assignments she needs to accomplish for me:
I can do all of these assignments, but I am looking for someone who can do it better. I don’t like pointing fingers and telling people what to do. That’s extra work. You need to pay me to do that.
Again, I am not looking for a hard worker. Nobody needs to be hard on himself. These assignmentsare easy things do. I am after the smart virtual team mate who can finish an 8 hour work in four hours.
Income is based on salary and/or commission.

Hi Jef,
It’s nice to know that you are hiring Filipinos to be your virtual assistant. Your qualifications are also simple requirements that can provide a lot of opportunities out there for those who didn’t finish their studies.
I suggest you let them read my blog, How To Become A Virtual Assistant. I’m pretty sure this will help them to have knowledge on the profession.
Thanks,
Cath
